How you pay
Building your site costs nothing. After that you pay one monthly subscription, which covers hosting, security, ongoing changes and support. We'll confirm the monthly price for your site on a short call, before anything goes live.
Optional add-ons, such as extra mailboxes and faster support response times, are listed in your dashboard if you ever want them.
The subscription covers a standard business website. Online shops, and sites that need customer logins, portals or a database, are quoted separately. For a simple shop, Instant Stores may suit you better.

How it works
Discovery
We look at your current online presence and ask you a few short questions about your business.
Build and review
We usually send you the first version of your site within a day or two.
Refinement
Design and content edits are unlimited and included in your subscription.
Launch
Your site goes live on your domain, usually within a week of starting. After that, send us changes whenever you need them.
If you cancel
There's no minimum term. Cancel from your dashboard or by email, and your site stays live until the end of the month you've paid for. After that it goes offline.
Your domain is registered in your name, so it stays yours. So does your content: the text, photos and logos you gave us. On request we can send you an export of them.
The code and the systems that run the site stay with us, so the site can't be moved to another host as it is. That's the trade-off for paying nothing up front. The full detail is in our terms.
Is it right for you?
A good fit if

- you want one monthly cost that covers hosting, security and updates
Probably not for you if
- you want to own the code and host the site yourself. A one-off build from a freelancer or agency suits that better.
- you enjoy building things and have the time. A site builder like Wix or Squarespace will cost you less.

Do I need my own domain?
Yes. You buy it from a registrar such as GoDaddy or Namecheap, so it's registered in your name, and we connect it to your site. Our guide to buying a domain walks you through it.
How many changes can I ask for?
Send us changes whenever you need them: new pages, text and photo updates, design tweaks. They're included in the monthly price.
How long does it take?
We usually send the first version within a day or two. Most sites are live within a week, depending on how quickly amends come back.
