No. If you can send a photo on WhatsApp, you can run a shop. There is nothing to download and nothing to set up.
No. Only you use WhatsApp. Your customers visit a normal online shop in their browser, add to a basket and pay by card, the same as buying from any other website.
They pay by card at a secure checkout, handled by Stripe. The money goes to your own bank account. You connect your bank once, as the last step of setting up your shop.
