A calm, premium home for one-to-one dog grooming
Carole runs Loving Touch, a bespoke grooming service in Essex where it is only ever one dog at a time. She needed a site as calm and considered as the grooming itself, built to turn recommendations into enquiries.
The challenge
Carole's work comes largely through personal recommendation, with five-star reviews on Facebook and Google. What she didn't have was an online home that did justice to a genuinely different service: one dog at a time, City & Guilds qualified, and trained in canine anxiety.
Her grooming is enquiry-led, not a self-serve booking queue. The site needed to explain a bespoke, credentialled service calmly, and lead the owner gently to get in touch.

A warm, unhurried site that feels like the care Carole gives, built around her real photography of the dogs, the studio and the van.

Full grooms, puppy intro grooms, spa and mud treatments, Emmi-pet dental and nail trims, priced bespoke and kept enquiry-led.
Collection & drop-off
Her van service across South Ockendon and Aveley gets its own section, because it is a real reason to choose her.
Plus her credentials shown plainly (City & Guilds Level 2 and 3, Understanding Canine Anxiety, all passed with distinction, fully insured), a visible FAQ, and structured data so she reads clearly to search engines and AI.
The result
Carole has a site that feels like the care she gives: calm, kind and quietly premium. Her credentials and her one-to-one approach are clear, her real reviews are front and centre, and every page leads gently toward an enquiry.
