Give us access to your GoDaddy domains
GoDaddy's Delegate Access lets us manage your domain settings from our own login. We never see your password or card details, and you can remove us at any time.
Before you start
- You need to be the owner of the GoDaddy account the domain is in.
Open Delegate Access
Sign in to GoDaddy, open your account menu and go to the Delegate Access page. Under People who can access my account, select Invite to Access.
Invite us
Enter the name Freshweb and the email
joe@fresh-web.co.uk.Choose Domains Only
For the access level, choose Domains Only. That covers everything we need to connect your site, and nothing else. Leave Transfer Access turned off.
Delegates can never see your payment methods, password or support PIN, and can't invite anyone else.Select Invite.
Let us know
GoDaddy's invitation expires after two to three days, so send us a quick message to say it's on its way and we'll accept it straight away.
Check it worked
Once we've accepted, we appear under People who can access my account. To remove us later, open the same page and remove Freshweb.
