Add your website to your Instagram bio
Instagram lets you put up to five links on your profile. Adding your website means anyone looking at your profile is one tap away from it.
Before you start
- Your website address, written out in full with
https://at the start. The easiest way to get it right is to open your site and copy it from the address bar.
Edit your profile
In the Instagram app, tap Profile or your profile picture at the bottom right, then tap Edit profile.
This has to be done in the app. Instagram doesn't let you add links from a computer.Add the link
Tap Links, then Add external link. Paste in your website address, then tap Done and Back.
Put it first (optional)
If you already have other links, put your website at the top so it is the one people see. Go to Links, then Options, then Reorder links.
Check it worked
Your link shows under your bio. Tap it to check it opens your site.
